At TGL Building Services we offer two packages for our services a Design and Build full service where our Architect and design team will take care of every aspect of you project form the floor plans, submitting your plans to local authority, structural engineer’s drawings and calculations to building control application and the construction of your project all the way to finishing product that will meet your requirements and expectations. Or a Construction alone package for those how have architect plans and engineer’s calculations, we will be happy to collaborated with your team and undertake the construction of your project all the way to completion.

DESIGN STAGE AND PLANNING

We have an expert design team who will be able to take care of everything up to final planning approved drawings. Whatever your scope, design ideas or complexity of build we can handle it.

THE PRE-BUILD STAGE

Once we have the final design and structural information our construction team will be able to take over and start preparing a detailed quote for the works with everything from the design stage incorporated into our schedule of works.

 

THE BUILD

This is the most important stage as all of the planning and decisions made prior get put into reality This is when our dedicated project manager gets involved and will be the one who guides you through the project to completion.
